Our Restaurant Ducan is characterized by a homely charm with its Arvenstube. In addition to our classics such as beef fillet, cordon bleu, capuns and trout fillet, we also offer vegetarian and vegan dishes. Located opposite the famous Monsteiner beer brewery, we naturally also serve a typical brewer's menu with beer goulash. We attach great importance to fresh and local products. Unless otherwise stated, our meat comes exclusively from Swiss production. We obtain eggs and dairy products directly from regional farmers or the Davos dairy. We receive fresh fruit and vegetables three times a week from the local greengrocer in Davos. In the fall, our guests can enjoy meat from local hunts.
