Walser tradition and charm combined
Our Restaurant Ducan is characterized by a homely charm with its Arvenstube. In addition to our classics, we also offer vegetarian and vegan dishes. Located opposite the famous Monsteiner beer brewery, we naturally also serve a typical brewer's menu with beer goulash. We attach great importance to fresh and local products. Unless otherwise stated, our meat comes exclusively from Swiss production. We obtain eggs and dairy products directly from regional farmers or the Davos dairy. We receive fresh fruit and vegetables three times a week from the local greengrocer in Davos. In the fall, our guests can enjoy meat from local hunts.

our restaurant will be closed due to a company trip. Thank you for your understanding.
After dinner, drive safe home and take the bus back to Davos. In the evening you have a connection from Monstein Hof (10 minutes walk) at 22:11 to Davos!

Wild -Season at DUCAN
Starting September 5, we will be conjuring up exquisite game and autumn menus for you. Enjoy a cozy evening in our 'Arvenstube' and let us spoil you.
Our culinary autumn events will take place as follows:
- On September 20 and October 4, Marc Torche invites you to his CHEF'S TABLE, where he will cook for you live!
- On October 18 and November 1, we invite you to WILD-TAVOLATA, where we will spoil you with local game.
Marc Torche Chefs Table
From July 5, our chef Marc Torche will be cooking for you every second Saturday in his “Küchenbeiz”, a room in our restaurant kitchen that is partitioned off with glass. The event begins at 19:00 in our candle cellar “Munggaloch” with an aperitif. Various themes are cooked throughout the summer. We offer you a very special guest experience with our Kitchen Table. You and your friends, family or business partners are cooking directly in our kitchen and have a look 'behind the scenes'.
Your personalised menu
Together with our head chef, you can put together your own personalised menu and look directly into the pots and pans as it is created. An experience for all senses. For 6 - 20 people.
